Note: This CME is visible to the east in STEREO A COR2 imagery only. This event is not seen in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 or GOES CCOR-1 in real-time due to data gaps starting around 2206-09-06T03:30Z. The source is an eruption and C5.0 flare from Active Region 14524 (N12E32) starting around 2026-09-06T10:36Z as seen in SDO AIA 131/171/193/304, GOES SUVI 131/171/195/284/304, and STEREO A EUVI 304 imagery. An EUV wave and subsequent dimming is observed moving south of the eruption site, seen in SDO AIA 193 and GOES SUVI 195 imagery.
